Pale, dry, unfiltered rosé, made from Cinsault and Mataro from old, ungrafted vines in Smallfry’s Vine Vale Vineyard, in Barossa, South Australia.  These grapes were foot-trodden and left on the skins overnight. Bottled with the lees, to add a creamy texture to the strawberry and rosehip fruit flavours.
